This model is our most popular machine and the one we recommend, it has 8 different residential moulds and 3 commercial. Due to having a patented plunger design it extrudes an extremely strong kerb.

Unlike other plungers or ram machines on the market it doesn't generate flat spots or weak areas that cause cracking.

The EP model also eliminates concrete bridging in the hopper since the plunger actually moves 175mm (7 inches) upward into the hopper, agitating the concrete, with each revolution.

One of the benefits of our machines is that they can work as close as 50mm (2 inches) to any stationary object and make turns with a radius as tight as 350mm (14 inches).

This model is also the only machine in its class that allows you to switch from decorative kerbing to a 600mm (24 inch) pathway with just a quick change of its mould.

The EPC is a largest version of our kerbing machines and preferably you would feed the concrete directly from a concrete truck. Making quick work of car parks and industrial estate kerbing.

This machine will make kerb up to 300mm x 300mm (12 inches x 12 inches).  However it does not work well with mould sizes less than 200mm (8 inches) wide.

On top of enjoying all the same features as the EP this also has the addition of a hand brake for extruding on an incline.

All moulds for this machine are custom made to order. A simple sketch, with dimensions is all that is necessary for our staff to have your mould custom made.

Please note the pathway kit cannot be used with this machine and it is not a substitute for the smaller EP for laying smaller kerb
