Click here to read more. All you need Equipment Package Below is a breakdown of our most popular package, this pretty much includes everything you'll need to become a kerber and start from day one.
- High capacity Paddle Cement Mixer (8hp Honda petrol engine, up to 200 kg mix capacity).
- Kerbing Extruder machine (4hp Honda petrol engine), please bear in mind that this is the only machine on the market that can extrude a 24 inch wide pathway without modifications.
- Bededger Trencher (8hp Honda petrol engine), cuts a shallow trench in the ground allowing the kerbing to be installed into.
- Mid level stamp and pattern package that includes 14 different designs. For examples click here
- Three moulds for the extruder including 3 finishing trowels for each (full, half and corner). Click here for examples
- Two boxes of release powder for stamp and pattern tools (brown and grey)
- 19 litres of release powder activator and gloss sealer.
- Metal sprayer for activator sealer.
- A comprehensive training program that takes complete novices all the way up to confident kerb installers.
- Various finishing tools
- Meter wheel (measuring meterage)
- One high capacity wheel barrows
- Scales for weighing cement colour/dye.
- 9.5kg box of fibre mesh (any crack agent)

All that would be needed on top of the above is sand, cement, water and dye/colouring. I've not included these as they are easily obtained locally. Potential Earnings from Kerbing The profit that can be made from this package is amazing as it can lay up to 3 metres a minute, with an average charge of £17 (GBP) per meter! Pathway Kit Using the same compact machine as the one that installs the kerb we can also lay these amazing 60cm wide pathways. You just simply need to change the extrusion mold, this takes only about 5 minutes! As with the kerbing you can choose any colour you desire and there's several different stamp patterns available.
